Hi. Another new member..

I'm still becoming familiar with using MFP. So far 1 week of use and browsing the forums. I started working on my weightloss goals a few weeks prior. Down 20lbs (mostly water weight though due to lowering my carbs).

The most I've ever lost was 90lbs. Ended up with stalled metabolism that had lasted for few years afterwards, much fatigue, gaining all of the weight back + extra.

This time around I'll also be focusing on correcting where I had went wrong on other diets vs now healthy eating lifestyle change and applying these changes. First, by correcting my stalled slow metabolism due to the extreme calorie restrictions in the past.
