Something clicked yesterday and I started eating a low carb food plan,
I guess I know I can't keep eating the way I was and survive. I stayed on plan even though I sliced a piece of my finger off cutting vegetables and had to go to the hospital. I even did a 25 min walk before that. This is day 2, I'm good, but I know I need support, please add me😊

Hi mrsb899. I'm an almost 70ish year old low carber. After yo yo dieting for years, I've joined the low carb movement and feel wonderful. I'm down about 9 pounds in the last month, but still have a lone way to go0

That's great! Yes, I have a long way to go too, like a hundred pounds, I could use the support, can I add you as a friend? BTW, golf has always been big in my family, my uncle was a pro in Key Biscayne Florida and taught The Nixons,
as in Richard. Other male family members play and have Caddied. I just play Mini but would love to learn the game.0
