How do you guys keep yourself going???.
I think I've hit a wall and can't be arsed at the moment.... I'm fighting through it and I know I will start enjoying it again... I mostly do ring work but seems like I'm not getting anyway anymore and struggling... do you think its time to move off them and do something different maybe weights...
I find I enjoy pull days on rings better than push days.. maybe cos push days are boring and pull days I get to hang upside down and throw myself around..
any words is better than no words cheers people

A week at maintenance, a new fitness goal, or a weekend of not tracking usually do it for me.1
