I have reached my 100lb weight loss goal. A feat I never truly thought possible. There were many diets and fads I tried, but with my fitness pal I made the largest strides. It took almost 2 years but it’s been an amazing 2 years. I couldn’t be happier...not just because my appearance is different, I feel healthy. I feel light. k9ntlv77thow.jpeg

    Congratulations! You look awesome! I'm working toward losing a total of 100lbs! 20lbs down 80 more to go maybe 90 I want to be some place around 150- 140 not quite set on that final number. But thank you for sharing your success and journey!

    My starting weight was 230, my goal weight 130 and my height is 5’4. Thank you everyone for the kind words! I couldn’t be in a better place!
