I have reached my 100lb weight loss goal. A feat I never truly thought possible. There were many diets and fads I tried, but with my fitness pal I made the largest strides. It took almost 2 years but it’s been an amazing 2 years. I couldn’t be happier...not just because my appearance is different, I feel healthy. I feel light.

Sometimes I don’t think people (outside the MFP community) really know what it takes to transform yourself. The countless hours working out or the nutritional decisions and changes you make, along with the maniacal discipline that’s needed. I don’t think they see the early hours or late night grind sessions. They don’t realize all of the little things that it takes to transform. So I’m here to say, you are indeed an inspiration and I know what it took and you should be walking on cloud nine! You are healthy and fit and look amazing. Congrats for hittting your goal and congrats on being the best version of yourself, you can be!

Looking good. Reaching your goal is not the end, rather a new beginning. Continue, otherwise you may be back to square one. Maintaining in the long run is the hardest part. Keep it up.
