Incorrect calorie counting

I made meat slop a very dense caloric food and it’s saying it’s 630 calories per bowl this can’t be correct any ideas?

What makes you think it's wrong? Did you use the recipe builder and weigh and log every ingredient before putting it in the pot and double check using packaging information that the calories that came up were right?0

@troykrimminger, I see a couple of things in your question I want to point out. If you saw "per bowl" I presume that you cooked a larger amount and expect to get several 'bowls' from it. Do you know how much gram weight you put in the bowl?0

We need a lot more info. What were your steps in cooking and logging this recipe? Did you double check to make sure each ingredient is using an accurate MFP entry?0
