Is there a way to enter whole meals once ans save them to be used in the future. Like if you always have, 3/4 cup cheerios, 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup strawberries. Can I save the meal so I don't have to enter the in ingredients every time?

Yes, on both the desktop version and mobile app, there's a "save meal" option after you enter it. On the app it shows up when you touch the 3 dots under the entry. I hope that's enough info to get you there. :)

you can also copy whole meals from the previous day if it's something you don't have all the time, but maybe eat for several days in a row
