I'm looking for a protein/snack bar that I can carry around in my purse just in case I need something. Here are the specifications I am looking for.
*plant-based
*little to no refined sugar (dried fruit is ok and natural zero-calorie sweeteners like stevia are ok)
*relatively high in calories (over 200)
*decent amount of protein, doesn't have to be massively full of protein
*no whole nuts because I can't digest them that well (nut butters are ok)
*no palm oil is a plus but not a necessity
I was using the No Cow Bars but they reformulated and everyone hates them now. Thanks for reading.
