My goal for today

I love this idea - thank you all! My goal is to NOT eat a bunch of dessert after dinner/before bed. Maybe some tea instead.

    Today...no sugar and stay within calories.

    It's great to have mini daily goals. These are building blocks towards you overall goals and give you lots of successes to feel good about.
    @ShopGirl9999 why do you have a "no sugar" goal? There is sugar in many great foods and you do need a reasonable amount. I just don't want you to set an unrealistic goal that leads to frustration.

    Today, I wanted a shot of some pretty nice Gibson....But I didn’t reach for it. 😊 I didn’t want to pay for it in the end lol.
