I love this idea - thank you all! My goal is to NOT eat a bunch of dessert after dinner/before bed. Maybe some tea instead.

It's great to have mini daily goals. These are building blocks towards you overall goals and give you lots of successes to feel good about.
@ShopGirl9999 why do you have a "no sugar" goal? There is sugar in many great foods and you do need a reasonable amount. I just don't want you to set an unrealistic goal that leads to frustration.0 -
