Ok. So I’m just starting to walk and watch what I eat again. I’ve been doing reallly well if I do say so. Walking at least 10000 steps a day with great food choices or so I believe. I’ve been doing this for four weeks. But I’m not losing on the scale and I’m trying really hard not to give up

The usual questions your going to get, what are your stats age, height weight, what is your calorie goal how much are you trying to lose and probably most important are you using a food scale? Weighing and logging everything that goes in your mouth0

Open your diary for some honest feedback. Otherwise, weigh every single thing you consume and log every single thing you consume. Great food choices may be a good starting point, but knowing how much you are eating of the great food choices is key to losing weight.
