Female needing muscle growth tips!

Hey I am hoping to get any tried tested and true tips towards building muscle mass and dropping belly fat. I am a religious gym rat but I fail to follow through with my diet. Food tips, protein shakes, anything! I am even willing to try other peoples suggestions with changing my work out regime. Add/friend me if you are able to help! Thanks everyone and happy MFPing :)

    Generally speaking to lose fat you must start in the kitchen. You have to look at what you eat and when you eat it..
    Add exercise and muscle toning into the equation and you will lose weight but the body decides which area is going to decrease first.
    Belly fat is one of the hardest to lose.
    You must put an effort and follow through with the diet.
    Remember though that this will be a permanent change in your eating habits. If you go back to the diet that created the belly fat then you will get it all back again.
