Hi. Seems like an obvious one but I’ve trained for a while but only recently started to take notice of macros. Please can anyone help and give advice on what are the ideal macros I need to hit to cut fat and gain more muscle. I’ve also started IF it can be tricky as my training has increased as I’m doing pyramid workouts. I find myself hungry a lot more. Thus, any tips on what stuff to eat more of?
Any help would be amazing.
Thank you

I've been recomping for over a year and my macros are 40%carb 30% fat 30% protein. Approximately..if I'm remembering correctly.. But I just use them as a guide and adjust based on my excercises. I think there are youtube videos that explain what to set yours at. Try different settings and see how you feel? Are you adding back calories for excercise?1

0.8 to 1.0 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass
0.35 to 0.45 grams of fat per pound of lean body mass
Fill in the rest of your allotted calories with carbs2
