So I tried several times to sync mfp to Apple health app and it does it. It is a recommended app. I have all the latest updates. Anybody else having issues. Any other app suggestions?

I’ve had issues. I finally did a search on here and the general conclusion is that MFP and Apple have not worked out how to communicate. The numbers will never be right. I was getting negative calories for my 10,000 steps and only some if my workouts were transferred over. I tried work arounds, but eventually decided it wasn’t worth the headspace. Both companies are aware of the issue and have been all along, they just don’t seem interested it fixing it. Some posts say it’s MFPs fault and others say it’s Apple’s fault. I switched to tracking on Lose It and the communication between Apple and Lose It is much better. Which makes me think MFP is where the communication error is.3
