I am looking for foods with more fat and calories that I can consume smaller portions of but still get what I need any ideas? Also if you need more protein in your diet, peanut butter and banana sandwiches are great. Premier protein shakes have 30 grams of protein, they are sold at cost co in bulk

Fish (Salmon)
I think there's a thread on here somewhere with more foods. You can also google "healthy fat foods". I feel like most healthy fat foods are high in calories naturally.1 -

Homemade cashew milk (I don't know nutrition of store bought) sweetened with dates. 3c water, 4-5 dates or none, 1c unroasted/raw cashews process all on high in Vitamix... So yummy and very calorie dense!0
