Tofu Cream Cheese Recipe?
Has anyone tried making tofu cream cheese before? I've tried store bought version of tofu cream cheese and thought it tasted pretty good. I am lactose intolerant so I really enjoyed having "cream cheese". However its pretty expensive to buy so I thought it might be better to make it. If anyone has any suggestions or recipes for lactose free cream cheese, I'm all ears!
