Started my 100 day straight workout routine January 2. For me it was about building a habit. I am at day 29. I love working out everyday I just feel like I am doing something good for myself.
Starting weight : January 2 2019 : 201.6
Current weight : January 30 2019 : 193.4
Goal weight for February 28: 186.0
Ultimate goal weight : 135.0 ::: I am 5 ft3 for reference.
