Hey all! I'm a 27 year old Canadian and today is my seventh day using MFP along with a controlled diet and some exercise. I'm happy with the progress I've made this week and at this point have little cravings for junk.

One thing I am curious about is the general community's thoughts on cheat days/meals. I realize it's not the end of the world if you slip up once in a while, but how do you keep it from creating a domino effect? Any thoughts appreciated!
