1,000km in February?

Are you up to pushing yourself this February?

1,000km / 621 miles may sound like a lot (it will be challenging for me) but I invite anyone who wants to join in to log a total distance of 1,000km (it can be cycling, swimming, running, rowing, snowshoeing, x-country skiing ......anything that gets you moving) cumulative distance during the shortest month of the year.

To make the number a little less scary sounding it breaks down to about 36km a day. Some of you can do that in an hour (or less if you're a fast cyclist) or so on your bike or on a trainer. For me it'll take a bit longer each day.

There will be no medals, no tee-shirts, no fame and fortune just the knowledge that you kicked butt this coming month.

Weekly check-ins are purely on the honour system just post which activities you did, your weekly distance and month-to-date distance.
