    I logged a big breakfast, but most of those calories, everything that went into a skillet, was eaten after noon.
    It was various forms of fat and protein with a few leafy green carbs added for nutrients.

    I had an egg mcmuffin with thomas's 100 calorie lite multigrain muffin (high fiber!), 1 slice canadian bacon, 1 slice 40 calorie velveeta cheese and a scrambled egg white.

    I ran out of sweet potatoes so I just grabbed a banana while pouting and whining to myself..
    Nothing tops sweet potatoes, avocado, tomatoes and a soft boiled egg..
    Except cold pizza.
