Right now I’m really motivated on my -30lb journey but I know it’s gonna get hard to stay this way that’s where support will help. I’ve lost and regained so many times I’m hoping to change the pattern and deal with the “emotional” eating this time to get a permanent change.

Hey man, I know what you mean. I've done the exact same thing too! Initially, I lost 30lbs and regained 15lbs back because of stress eating. Now I'm slowly losing the 15lbs (heavy emphasis on "slowly"). It's all about the will power and getting into the right mindset. I know it's easier said than done and the struggle is real, but together we can do it.
