Can anyone recommend a good kettlebell workout on YouTube I’ve tried hasfit ones but just unsure I like them

Bodyfit by Amy and Fitness Blender are great. I didn’t like HASFit at first but I’m pleased with the results I’ve gotten from it1

My suggestion is to warm up on your own and write down the exercises and reps and do it without the video.3 -

If you’re a beginner, recommend that you focus on the two-hand swing because everything builds upon it. Gently build workout volume while surfing YouTube to get training ideas.

Joe Daniels is the real deal. I also follow Chandler Marchman. Never go wrong viewing Steve Cotter videos. His explanation on how to perform the snatch was helpful to me. Finally Pat Flynn has some good stuff.
There are so many more, no shortage of YouTube KB experts. I have some of my own too.

I did use body fit by Amy and your tube and still do sometimes to ensure form etc is right. I use Pinterest for work our inspiration now mostly0
