New here but been into fitness for awhile

Mostly came here to ask questions related to my injury and slowstarting back up but decided to actually check out this community. I find it hard estimating all my calories and actually keep on my weight sometimes breaking the barrier of the app. I always found it hard logging everything 100% because carelessness of throwing away wrappers without scanning and whatnot. I think I am going to try to keep myself strict using this app but when you go out it's easier to do rough estimates.
