HELP

So I'bow weigh around 40.6kg but Im not happy with what I see in the mirror :( I still have a tummy and I don't know what to do. I go to the gym four times a week. I walk to the gym which is a 30minute walk and then I do my abs and some light weights for my arms. I then use the Elliptical Trainer( on strength program) for 15mins and then I either do weights on my legs or arms; depending what day it is. I do 3 set of 10 reps starting from 30kg going down to 10 kg. I was advice from my gym instructor but Im not happy what I see.

PLEASE HELP.

    Weight loss comes in the kitchen.

    Working out will preserve or strengthen what you have while you lose weight, it will not correct a bad diet.

    Get your diet right first.

    Also, that "workout"? I would get a new gym instructor. It's a little derpy.
