Up until now I've only been doing cardio workouts. I do some strength training in my water aerobics class but want to add it to the in between days as well. I am interested in getting cardio and strength training at the same time.
From what I've read online, circuit training is a good way to accomplish that goal. How does everyone feel about that?
Can anyone recommend a good beginners circuit training DVD? To let you know where I'm at, my only current limitation is I am unable to get up and down off the floor numerous times due to bad knees.
Thanks in advance everyone!

My wife does ChaLEAN Extreme and really likes it. It has a lot of good circuit training and she has seen good results. Feel free to add me, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have on it.0
