Low Carb, High Protein

I set my macros for 50% protein and split carbs and fats. Any high protein tips.

    Meal prep is key! Hard boiled eggs, chicken breasts, one pot meals like chili - having these ready to re-heat at any time will keep you from reaching for something quick and not so great.

    You can add lean ground beef to many things like scrambled eggs, sauté with veggies and stuff
