Gym help!!!

I am lacking motivation so bad. I goto the gym and feel like I am moping around. I’m like a sad kitty. But what irks me is I used to have a good routine at the gym. Went from 285 to 264. And now I’m 276 and feel over it all. But I’m so unhappy with my health.

Any words of wisdom??

    maybe just go for a walk instead

    Mix it up. Try a new class or a new routine. Try setting a fitness goal to work toward, I signed up for a half-marathon and I enjoy my workouts so much more now that I’m training for something specific.
