Support? Advice?

I'm starting a 120 pound weight loss journey. I plan to add my week to week updates on here. I'm excited because, I've been doing good on and off with my diet and exercise. I just wanna buckle down and work really hard at it. (Not drag out the process of weight loss into two years.) I wanna do it in a year or less. Which, I know is possible. However, takes a lot of mental strength to stay strong. <3

After I reach my goal? I plan on trying for a second time for a baby. (First time lasted about six months but, no luck. Plus, I wanna make sure my baby is healthy from the very start.) During my journey, I wanna find ways to stick to this diet for the rest of my life. <3 I never, ever wanna be back to this weight. I'm kissing that all away in 2019. :)

    Hi! I'm losing weight because of plans to try for a baby as well! I've found it to be a really great motivator when I think about how I'm really not just doing this for me but also for a hopefully happy, healthy baby in the future.

    You sound really motivated and positive :) Good luck on your journey!

    Yes, I agree! It's such a great motivator. I only did ten minutes for my first day. (Running behind schedule, I had to go to work.) I actually felt guilty for not doing more. Instead of feeling relief that I didn't have to do more exercise for the day. I'm looking forward for day number two. Goal of twenty minutes but, pushing for thirty. :)
