Hi everyone, so after doing weight watchers for over a year and only losing 10lbs I have decided to do something different.
I have a rare bone disorder and also fibromyalgia so I'm not as active as I used to be, and due to me medication struggle to lose weight.
I have recently joined Curves gym with my mother in law. Curves uses hydrolic equipment which is kinder on joints etc than lifting weights. A 30 minute workout is equivalent of doing a 1.5 hour work out in normal gym and burns between 300-500 calories depending on how hard you work. This is my second week and Im loving it. The 30 mins passes soooo quick.
I have also started doing the Body Byvi 90 day challenge. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch, healthy snacks and healthy dinner. I then use myfitnesspal to keep an eye on the calories I am consuming.
The start of my journey - I am 193lbs! 41% body Fat
