Type 2 Diabetes

Was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year. A1C was 14+. I panicked got scared and changed everything I ate. I also started exercising and I was able to lose weight quickly and reverse the diagnoses. No insulin and no metphormin. It took several months to lower it to below 6. The last 6 months have been recovering from a horrific car accident and immobility. My levels rose again and thank god I am back on the right track again. You can do it. Don’t give up!!!
Listen to your doctor. It’s meal by meal preparing and good choices. Certainly not easy but you have now to start. God bless and good luck!
