Why would I be burning less calories during workouts now?

I know these fitness trackers aren't overly accurate, but like skin fold calipers if you start of using them you can sort of measure progress.
Anyway always used a fitbit, From working out 3+ years I know a typical 30-35 min workout I burn 170-210 cals roughly. Anyway the Mrs got me a Huawei fitness tracker for Xmas and I started using it, I noticed burned calories were wrong, same workouts I always do down to anywhere from 90-130 calories, These went on a few weeks I blamed the tracker thinking it was faulty, today I went back to my trusty Fitbit Charge 2. Did a workout, 33 mins, 120 calories.
My weight hasn't really changed, Resting heart rate is the same 50-54bpm, what would cause this drop in calories burned? I do use progressive overload so I am adding more weight or reps each session.

Fitness trackers are not useful for gauging calories burned for strength training. I found this blog quite a while ago when I first started using my HRM many years back, and while its old the information in it applies.

When you start a workout it's harder after doing it a few times it's not as hard so you burn less calories11

You don't burn fewer calories doing the same workout (same duration, intensity, pace/speed, bodyweight). This is a popular myth. It just feels easier as you get fitter. It's still the same amount of work and work equates to calories. For many activities, any efficiency factor is a very small percentage of the total calorie picture.
And a heart rate monitor (as RoxieDawn said) is an inaccurate way to estimate calories for a strength training activity. (Read the link she provided.)
Furthermore, a HRM will tend to estimate fewer calories for the same cardio workout as you get fitter, even if you stay at the same weight, because your heart doesn't need to beat as often to deliver the same amount of oxygen to your body. This, too, is a fitness effect; it doesn't mean the workout actually burns fewer calories.
HRMs measure heart rate, and estimate calories. They don't necessarily estimate calories all that well, in all circumstances.
As someone who's used a HRM to guide training for probably over a decade now, it's kind of weird and dislocating to come to MFP, where most people think of these as a device for estimating workout calories. This is a different world . . . .

check out this tea....if not, apple cider vin and water should suffice. Good luck!!!
With all respect, there is no evidence that supplements or acv do anything to assist calorie burn and reducing carbs has no affect on weight loss other than possible water weight loss, not fat. This is all just myth and woo.4
