New to Keto, long time, on and off MFP logger.
So I was initially distressed by how many carbs I was seeing and "discovered" I could track fiber independently within MFP. That makes the keto friendly items match the literature. You still have to do the subtraction yourself but the data seems to be there.
I'm looking for any advice you all can provide to better utilize the MFP features to understand and manage the diet.
Or point me to existing discussions and how-to threads. N.B. I'm primarily interested in what's available within MFP. I only want to deal with one toolset/application.

From your Home, you can go to the Goals to edit your Daily Nutrition Goals. I've been doing keto for 2 weeks and just today adjusted my daily nutrition goals to have 5% carbs.
From your Home, you can go to the Groups to find several Low Carb groups. You can join those and get excellent answers to your questions.0
