Hi All! Im 36 and sick and tired of feeling so blah. I have about 30 lbs to loose. Im wondering if it is possible to lose weight with just countung calories and nothing else. Id love some insite!

I think you could lose weight by counting calories and being in a deficit but it will take a long time and it is the healthy way of doing things.0

Quick answer: Yes. We're all doing it, or have done it, and it works.
Longer answer: Yes. You can calorie count on its own without doing anything else different in your life, or you can eat a bit more when you calorie count by pairing it with increased exercise.
The best method is the one that works for you.

Yup, just stay within your calorie goal. Get a digital food scale and weigh and measure everything you eat and drink everyday. Move more if you can--even walking is good to start. MFP will give you more calories to eat for exercising. Good luck.0
