Dehydration treatment salts on keto

I’ve just been to buy some electrolyte powder. The pharmacist assured me that it did not Contain sugar. However getting home I realized this has glucose BP 6.75 g in it.

Stupid and inappropriate question here but is it OK to drink this. I know the answers probably no but I’m gutted that I’ve been all the way there and got the wrong thing.

Super happy that I got my carbs back into control today so absolutely not going to take any chances with this unless somebody gives me a magic answer something to do with glucose is OK because it’s electrolytes. Please nobody make up an answer unless you know for sure. Why am I even posting this?

Either way, you replace the electrolytes that were flushed out with your keto initial water loss.

Any salt will do. Most other elements in pink salt are of such low quantities, including the radioactive elements in there (not joking) that they don't really do anything. You could also get calcium and magnesium without sugar. Just don't take them together as one will not get well absorbed when taken together.
