Love MFP for motivation

I find seeing in black and white the calorie intake everyday is a huge motivational boost. If I didn't track calories on here i'd probably eat double what I do. I had a baby 11weeks ago, which ended in an emergency C-section, meaning I couldn't exercise properly for 6-8wks. I then started walking everyday and started JM 30 days shred again last Monday and took baby swimming. I've lost 2stone in 11weeks I've another 2stone to go but feeling very motivated that I will do it Used MFP last few weeks and have lost 3lb each of last 3wks Will post progress piccies along the way
