Love MFP for motivation

I find seeing in black and white the calorie intake everyday is a huge motivational boost. If I didn't track calories on here i'd probably eat double what I do. I had a baby 11weeks ago, which ended in an emergency C-section, meaning I couldn't exercise properly for 6-8wks. I then started walking everyday and started JM 30 days shred again last Monday and took baby swimming. I've lost 2stone in 11weeks :) I've another 2stone to go but feeling very motivated that I will do it :) Used MFP last few weeks and have lost 3lb each of last 3wks :) Will post progress piccies along the way :)
