Hey!

So I won a CrossFit free membership and personal training for a year to change my life! Come add me as a friend, view my journey and provide each other support and friendship!

I’m 31 male from Hampshire England I have a sports background especially badminton but need to shift 3 stone! My goal is to see abs in 52 weeks time! And build up confidence so say hi :o) all friendly people welcome x
