Food allergy rash?

I have been trying to get answers for many years as to what exactly I am allergic too. I get these rashes every time I eat pasta, grains, wheat. It goes away when I cut it out completely. I have had blood tests for celiac disease which came out “normal” according to my doctor. I have seen dermatologists who scraped the rashes and determined it is not fungal (NOT ring worm) but they also told me it is not food related, which I do not believe one bit. What other tests should I take and what kind of a doctor should I consult to get answers?
