New to this !

I’ve tried lots over the years to loose weight including taking slimming tablets.
I can loose weight but always pile it back on so decided to choose a healthy lifestyle instead.
Feel free to add me as I could do with as could do with as much motivation as possible.

    Hi there! Throw out the diets. I have learned that it is all about lifestyle change. Eat a good diet and make exercise a daily part of your life and you will lose the weight. Believe me. You can do it!

    I agree with kekew1 I've lost weight before but always put it back on. Time for a lifestyle change to make it permanent. I hope we can all support each other on our journeys 👍
