New Member from Minnesota, just looking to maintain and be healthy

I started an account here to track various aspects of my nutrition. I do not need to lose weight and am not interested in gaining. I'm just trying to be as healthy as I can under my circumstances. I am currently pescetarian (vegetarian but eat fish 1-3x per week on average) and tend to follow a Mediterranean style of eating. I have been vegan, vegetarian, or pescetarian for 8 years now. I am active with dance (ballet, modern, other), cycling, calisthenics, sometimes Pilates. I love to hike and canoe in summer months, primitive camping, some light mountain biking, bird watching, and love to cook food from scratch. I do some gardening in summer months. I'm also a creative writer, and my posts tend to be long so be forewarned lol. Nice to meet you!
