Hi there! I'm Kt and I joined MFP just a few days ago to keep my calories in check. I just started my 3rd week of Insanity and have lost 7.5 in overall just two short weeks! Woo! I've completely changed eating habits these last couple weeks as well. Although I haven't had hardly any "cravings" I must say that I find myself missing butter every once in a while. :)

I'm curious to those that read this and are also doing insanity, what do I put that under in my excercise log? I've been using calisthenics vigorous effort, and it seems just about right. I'm just not sure!

Also, if ya need any ideas on recipes, I've been a great cook most of my life and am challenging myself to make awesomely healthy meals for myself. So friend me, or whatever! I made eggplant parmesan last night that was to DIE for and only 400 calories a serving; we're talking big cheeseburger sized serving!
