5lbs in 6 days!

So I've had MFP on my phone for probably 2 years? But thought just "wasn't ready" lol, well 2 years, 1 baby, and +32lbs later I finally decided on August 6, 2013 that I will try to log EVERYTHING I eat and give up Pepsi (I had a Pepsi on my cheat day (yesterday)) for the most part. Well I'm 5lbs down and excited to see where I will be 6months from now. Thank you everyone for the inspirational success stories, it helped, finally, motivate me (:

    I haven't started exercising yet, but plan to hopefully start 30DS soon (:

    That is a great start! The body loves to react quick, so pounds might not always come off so quickly, or you might even stahl or regress a bit, but what is important is to keep the healthier lifestyle best you can through it all. It only lends itself to a better you!

    When I first started 5 weeks ago I lost about 7+ pounds...... Then didn't loose 2+ weeks..... Needless to say I got on the scale and I'm dropping again. Even though I wasn't loosing I continued to make healthier choices!
