Keto or low carb

Hi. I am not sure how to post. So if anyone sees this and has advice PLEASE HELP. I am trying to do keto but not exactly sure the difference between keto and low carb. I have done low carb in the past. I so need to get my weight down. I struggled today with eating anything and thought I done good but at the end of the day I ate more carbs then I figured. I am trying to stay under 20. Today got 49 🤭.

    Keto is under 50g. Hitting lower will increase the speed at which you will get into ketosis. But fasting and exercise can also increase the speed at which you get into ketosis. Low carb is less than 120-140.

    In the end calories are what matter. How you get into a deficit is up to your personal ability to adhere to the diet.

    To get your weight down, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Your macro make up is for satiety.

    Keto is a low carb/high fat diet. You should keep carbs at 25 or less. Look up keto connect on YouTube for delicious recipes! Rooting for you!
