10 years ago, I was 290 and 21. 6 years ago, I started to get my act together and lose some weight and track my food here. Fell off the wagon, and eventually (in October 2018) weighed in at 328. Now, in February, I'm about to hit uncharted territory and weigh less than 260. The goal is 180-200, (which is a weight I can't remember ever weighing) so the journey isn't over yet.

I can tell you that weight loss, exercise, and nutrition can be a lot to handle on your own. This community has been awesome!
