Disclaimer: I’m in my 60’s, so maneuvering this site is a bit difficult for me! After several years of retirement, I found myself drinking daily. Often, by myself. I found the Alcohol Experiment on March 26, 2018, and haven’t had a drink since. Living alcohol free has been freeing for me. Now, I need to get the eating under control!

    Good on ya! I quit drinking in my 60's as well and I am so sorry I didn't do it decades ago, but I can't let that regret get in the way of this great life I've given myself. This site is awesome for weight loss, why? Because weight loss is simply about MATH. Burn more calories than you take in, simple. One rule, EVERYTHING that crosses your lips has to go into your food diary, that's the key. It really is simple, you'll do great.
