Back after a long time gone. Gained the 30 lbs I lost. Need to get back on track and take it off. This app worked miracles for me last time and I know it will again. Focus for me is key. Can’t go back to old ways of eating anymore.

Me too! I stayed around the same for a couple of years then gained last year due to lack of self-care. I find the community here very supportive and am planning to lose more slowly this time, an average of a pound a week. I started at the end of November and easily lost 7.2 lbs by Christmas, maintaining it over the holidays. It’s time to start again!1
