Gaining weight

I’ve been dieting going on my second week now . And I’m gaining weight instead of losing weight . Any help ?

    To make your diary public: go to settings>diary settings> scroll down and click public

    If you're gaining you're either gaining water weight due to new exercise or you're eating more than you think. Are you using a food scale?

    My diary is public now .. and I’m not using a scale but I don’t think I’m even close to hitting my max calorie count I never get even close . Maybe too few calories?

    You don't gain on too few calories. I would get a food scale and start weighing things. Even pre-packaged stuff. It's either going to show where your counting errors are or it's going to eliminate a variable.

    Weigh your food. All of it. You don't gain weight eating too few calories. You are eating more than you think. Time to be honest with yourself.
