Confused...cannot put weight on

Need some advice, im having issues trying to put weight on.
- I eat 3200 calories a day
- Im tracking all my food
- Im 5”11
- Weigh 175lb
- My macro’s are 190 P 400g C 97F

I regularly take progress photos and i can see a big difference in size but not in weight 🤔

    just as a side note: It's extremely helpful when taking progress photos to use if possible: the same lighting, the same relative camera position and the exact same pose/stance. For example, If you suck your gut in, suck it in every photo - I'm not accusing you of doing this. ;) Don't relax in one and tense in the other. I'd like to say you seem to have made great improvements in body composition and look like you having a successful recomp but it's hard to tell because of the differences.
