Hi everyone! I'm Gem, 21, I live in South East London and I've been wanting to lose a bit of weight for a short while now but haven't been able to really commit to trying due to being pregnant before, but now that I've had my little girl last month I'm hoping to get back on the wagon and lose a bit of this baby weight!

I'm currently 12st 5lbs, risen during pregnancy from 10st 5lbs.. This is day 2 of my diet and I'm feeling pretty good, any other newbies?
