New to Community but not Fitness Pal

Hi all, I never normally post to anything, to shy, don’t want to but in, but on the internet I do not see how that is possible. Have used Fitness Pal for a couple of years, as I wear a Fitbit. Trying to shop weight is not easy particularly as you get older. Seem to have a problem shedding weight after a longer recoup time from an injury. Went from 198 to 161. I cannot seem to lose the last 10 - 20 pounds I want to get rid of. People keep telling me exercise, go running, walking, etc. I have a physical difficulty walking around the block. Any suggestions out there from anyone. Also, I could use some new recipes, must be kid friendly, as my grandchildren live with me and I will only cook once. Thanks for any input anyone can give me.

    Water is the best way to lose weight. And the healthiest thing you could put in your body. I understand your frustration my weight loss has come to a stand still. I just want to be a healthy weight.
