I have been on a meal plan and dealing sometimes with extreme hunger and restricting for the past month. The first week I followed my meal plan I gained 8 lbs in a week and freaked out and started restricting again. I’ve been insanely bloated since then and decided to commit to recovery, and I’m now up 2 more lbs. Is this real fat?? I started at 100 lbs and I have to reach 115 to be healthy and I’m already at 110 in a matter of three weeks. I just want to give up what is happening?!?!

When you followed your meal plan, you replenished your body's available storage space for glycogen. This is only a few thousand calories, but each molecule of glycogen can grab and hold about 100 molecules of water. Most of your rapid weight gain is simply water. Stick with your meal plan. Follow your doctor's orders.1

Are you in treatment, in not I highly recommend it.
You will gain water weight when take in more carbs and sodium. It should level out and you'll stop feeling bloated.
keep hitting your calorie target for weight gain1 -
Okay, you know that if you have to reach 115 to be healthy, you are going to need to reach 115, right?
Is there anyone on your treatment team you can talk to, when you feel like freaking out?2 -
Does your recovery team know you are on MFP?0
