I know its February but I just saw the forum and I want to join. I want to loose weight and not do it starving myself like i was doing, because I stopped loosing weight that way, so my goal for the day is really a two fold first to go to my first zumba class and the second ro eat at least 1800 calories or at least enough that I'm not hangry all the time. Thanks everyone let's see how I do
