I want to Tone & Sculpt my body, dieting is my downfall

I am trying to tone up my body, legs, abs and glutes... I go to the gym 5 days a week. I want to burn away the localised fat and expose toned muscles!

    Just kidding. Once again, you can't spot reduce.

    Spot reduce is dead and buried! I’m sure it lives on with some people.

    ok, you likely know that you can't spot reduce, but what you do want is for fat to move. if dieting is your downfall (because your exercise seems to be on point) maybe look at your approach. do you think of certain foods or a lax way of eating as a reward for all your hard work? see if you can really gently tighten it up. start to log your eating with no changes whatsoever for a week or two and just see what is going on. you'll figure it out.
